Addressing these issues between campaigns is generally less disruptive than discovering them during a required compliance test.

A final report should translate raw field measurements into information that environmental and operations teams can use. That includes emission concentrations, mass rates where required, reference-condition corrections, oxygen corrections, run-by-run results, averages, quality-control outcomes, and comparison with the applicable limit or reporting basis.

The interpretation should account for the source's actual compliance framework. A result may be below a concentration limit but still require attention if mass emissions, annual throughput, reporting thresholds, or permit conditions create separate obligations. Likewise, a high result does not always point to a single equipment failure. Fuel changes, combustion conditions, control-device performance, maintenance status, and process variability may all contribute.
